My online dealing with you is good However , I am not impressed with your courier CanPar. I would suggest you find someone new . Their tracking system told me I was suppose to get the parcel by end of the day yesterday and I have received nothing . I went online to find out where it is and all they say is that maybe today or tomorrow and yet their system says it is being held in Nanaimo?rnI looked them up online and they seem to have consistent BAD reviews rnI am now wondering where the parcel really is ? Did not come with spacers :( KeenART: Spacers are optional for shadowbox frames and can be purchased separately based on the depth required.

I thought customer service was a thing of the past however dealing with CanadaOnCanvas has changed that. I received a frame that was not square and contacted customer service. They were apologetic and immediately corrected the order with no problem. Their personal attention and speedy response was incredible. It was a relief to know that there is still a comoany that honours and respects customers.
