The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.

My order arrived in good condition today. I want to thank Canada on Canvas for the sensible packaging you use. I was very pleased to see no bubble wrap or extraneous plastic packing material involved. I really appreciate not having a huge pile of fill materials to get rid of. Well done.
