I was a little shocked... I have to say I was a little shocked at how well my canvas print turned out. I have been using another company for the last two years and there is a big difference in how great this one looks that I just had done.
On the negative, I wasnt to crazy about the frame as it doesnt match the print very well. But that was my fault as I choose one with just a guess... (would be good if you had a live preview with the frame choice)
also I wish the price was just a tad cheaper like maybe a coupon for repeat purchases etc. I normally order about 20 prints a year and will definately give you guys another try before I move my business over to you on a regular basis.. (I have found with some companys the quality can very on each order)
Norm Peters, | It's gorgeous... I'm very happy with your service. I thought your website shopping was well set up, and the delivery was great. But the best part is the piece of art I now have in our apartment. It's gorgeous. Thanks so much, and I would highly recommend you to anyone.
katie schaitel, Squamish | I ordered two frames, they arrived quickly and very well packaged, they were both exactly the correct size. rnOne was exactly as shown on the website, sadly the other was nothing like the website photo at all - instead of a soft white rustic, it arrived as dark grey underneath, covered in a thin layer of white, giving it an almost stripey appearance. I at first thought (as did the supplier) that it was a mistake and a different frame has been made up. the supplier was very pleasant to deal with but due to a misunderstanding I was required to pay the $15 postage to return the frame to them, which they worked on to give it a more white appearance and returned to me. So instead of $126, the frame ended up costing me $141 and although it is better, it is still not like the one shown on the website. After sending an email photo of the work they had done on the frame, the company did not follow up with me after delivery. I would not order custom picture frames online again.
Sally D., Maple Ridge | All the best! Dear Diana,
I MUST write this and commend your company for an excellent experience I just had with you. I bought a painting from an artist in the UK not knowing that it would be un-stretched from it's original frame and shipped to me simply rolled up in a tube. I'd never heard of such in all the paintings I've purchased over the years. After calling and visiting several companies that might re-stretch it near me, no one would touch it because it had been stretched and wouldn't take the responsibility. I believe Artfinder, whom I purchased it through, found your company in BC, some 2000 plus miles away from Ohio.
I then called you direct, and you immediately welcomed the challenge, quoted me a very fair price, arranged the entire project for me in minutes. I shipped it to you, you re-stretched my painting perfectly. There is no way you can tell it has been reworked. Plus, you carefully put black tape completely around the back frame, and installed screws and a hanging wire, along with pads at the bottom for protection. All I might add were a surprise and very welcomed. You then wrapped it in a custom made box with proper banding, and shipped it back to me in a very short amount of time. Another surprise was FedEx shipping was only $19.00. All I had to do is unwrap it, put a nail in the wall and hang and begin enjoying it.... FINALLY! I struggled with this prior to discovering Keen Art Media for far too many hours.
I want to personally thank you for your service, expertise, and professionalism in making this crazy ordeal come to such a wonderful, (and peaceful), happy ending. Wishing you and your fine company continued success. I will use and recommend you at any time of need.
All the best!
Randall
