Excellent quality, but...
LOVE the items I ordered. Excellent quality and just what I expected.... but..... one of the two frames originally came in the wrong size to had to be resent....then that frame arrived damaged....so am hoping third time is perfect. The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down. Other than that the framing and photo is very good.
