I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service!
Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. In the meantime, I can proceed with the project involving the original frames.

  Hannoz,  |  I'm extremely pleased Have had two larger prints done, with a gallery wrap and I must say I'm extremely pleased with the quality of printing, colors are spot-on and the finish is top-drawer. Turn around time is fantastic.  Highly recommend.
  LA Sutton, Beaumont |  not happy I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents.  The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them.  Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour.  I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered.  I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me.  Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.
