Dorsch Gallery shows work that strikes a balance between conceptual and formal rigor. The program reflects the partnership of gallery founder Brook Dorsch and director Tyler Emerson-Dorsch. Together they represent emerging, mid-career and established artists and seek to present powerful and insightful exhibitions. Mr. Dorsch and Ms. Emerson-Dorsch seek to promote the gallery's artists while instigating a greater understanding and appreciation of what the arts can do, instilling in Miamians, by example, the importance of art patronage. With more than 3600 square feet of exhibition space, the gallery presents an ambitious program including solo presentations by gallery and visiting artists, lectures, and shows by visiting curators.
